The Sounds I Love

The sounds I love. The crack of a baseball bat hitting the ball. A lion's roar. The rustle of bushes as you just walked by them. Silence. The clash of a chain-link fence. The boom of thunder. My dog's grunt. The thump, thump, thump, of my dogs tail. The snap of a rubber band. The sounds I love.

    This is a very good poem Riley. I especially like the dogs grunt part because it sounds so real.
