The Strongest Color

     The strongest color, guess who I am. You can't see me, unless you look at things how a bug does. Where ever I give my sinister laugh a blow, everyone gets sunburns. But I'm not evil, red is; but when the sun sets, I must go follow it. But where ever I go, I here the word: OUCH!
